Rental Rate $125.00 or $5.00 per student (whichever is less)
This cost includes: equipment, instruction, and 2 hours of ice time.
Your organization will need to provide: transportation and an appropriate amount of adult supervision (1 adult per 8 students)
To reserve the facilities and a date for your field trip:
- Check the club calendar to make sure your date is available. Once you have established a date:
- Complete the Field Trip Club Rental form. Once this form is submitted, the Club Manager will review to make sure there are no conflicts, and that there are club members available to assist with your curling experience.
- Print the confirmation email from the club manager and mail it in along with the payment.

RLCC Responsibilities
- Provide minimum of one member in attendace during rental period
- Provide adequate trainers for curling sessions
- Provide needed equipment to curl
- Provide a clean and organized facility
- Provide any needed parking and walkway snow removal
